2nd edition of the ontology engineering textbook also as digital download available

In addition to the softcover hard copy of the second edition of the ontology engineering textbook announced and available since September 2025, a digital version is now available as well, which can be read on your favourite PDF reader or Kindle. Unlike the price manipulations by Amazon, it is a persistent 16 GBP or equivalent in your currency.

That low cost is non-profit publishing for you. It does cost something to create the front matter and cover, run the servers, and the like, so it’s not for free. It would be nice if those costs can be recuperated by the publisher. This scheme assumes I don’t need to live off it (or: there are insignificant ‘royalties’) and you wouldn’t want to to know the amount of hours I spent on writing it and how much it would have cost otherwise.
